As an Adult Nurse Practitioner with a sub specialty in Cardiovascular health that graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2006, Janel has had over 30,000 patient encounters in Cardiovascular Health. Over time, she became trained in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement therapy and honed her skills in treating the thyroid, weight loss, adrenal fatigue and the metabolic syndrome. Her goal is to take a mid-life patient and optimize not only how they feel but to also reduce their risk factors for major disease.
Janel is a mother of five and a Gigi to two. Her family is her first priority and loves to travel in her spare time.
